Reagents are drawn from test tubes (2) through Reagent Probe (3) by Versaflow peristaltic pump (4), then pumped into Reaction Chambers (5) to stimulate tissue samples.

Effluents are collected in Collection Vials (6).

Collection rack (7) is automatically indexed to next row of vials according to selected interval, and the procedure repeated with next reagent or buffer solution.
